Give consumers the option to use cash for purchases

Reps. Donald Norcross (D-N.J.) and John Rose (R-Tenn.) have introduced the Payment Choice Act, which would require most brick-and-mortar businesses to accept cash for in-person purchases up to $500, in order to protect the right of millions of Americans to use cash.
