DETROIT — A federal appeals court on Wednesday blocked Michigan’s ban on conversion therapy for minors who are LGBTQ+, declaring it violates the First Amendment rights of therapists and counselors.In a 2-1 opinion, the court said the law illegally restricts speech that reflects the moral beliefs of therapists. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) are calling on Attorney General Pam Bondi to recuse herself from regulatory review of any Warner Bros. merger.  In the letter, Warren and Blumenthal cited “potential conflicts of interest” for Bondi due to the six years she spent at her former employer, the lobbying firm Ballard Partners. Analytics company Circana released its November report on Wednesday, showing rising prices and console sales at their worst point in decades. According to Circana director Mat Piscatella, the average price of a new unit of video game hardware has risen from around $235 in 2019 to $439 in 2025.
