Courtney Thorne-Smith reached a divorce settlement with her ex-husband Roger Fishman and her massive monthly income was revealed in the paperwork, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Monday, January 12, Thorne-Smith, 58, submitted the settlement agreement she had hashed out with her ex-husband. Per the deal, the duo agreed “irreconcilable differences” was the cause for the divorce.
The paperwork revealed Thorne-Smith pulls in around $50,000 per month in income, while Fishman makes around $60,000 per month.
Thorne-Smith and Fishman wed on January 1, 2007, and split on September 1, 2021, after 14 years of marriage. The exes share an 18-year-old son, Jacob. Jacob was a minor when the parties signed the deal. They agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their son.

Thorne-Smith and Fishman also agreed to make their best effort to prevent others and themselves from making negative comments about the other in front of their kid.
The agreement said that neither party will pay child support at the moment, but it could change in the future. Thorne-Smith and Fishman will split the costs of clothing, school costs, tuition, school trips, computers, cell phones, arts, summer camp and other activities.
Both parties also agreed to waive any form of spousal support.

Thorne-Smith will walk away with a five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 5,031-square-foot home in Los Angeles worth $3.4 million. The actress will also keep her Screen Actors Guild pension, all of her jewelry, clothing and personal effects. She will also be awarded all of her earnings since the date of separation.
The agreement awarded Fishman several bank accounts, his jewelry and all money he earned since the split.
